Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Description:
4–8 years of experience, Big 4 experience (KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
Domain Knowledge: Exposure to core finance processes, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP)
Specialized Expertise: Significant experience in a strategic project role focused on digital enablement and AI.
Program & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Technical Tools: Experience with a variety of project management, presentation, and design software.
Requirements:
End-to-End Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and resources to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with core financial processes.
AI & Digital Finance Transformation: Articulate and drive the strategic project roadmap to modernize finance functions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI-powered tools and ERP systems. 
Governance & Executive Communication: Direct strategic meetings, track action items to maintain momentum, and deliver clear, high-level project reporting to executive stakeholders across the finance organization.
4–8 years of experience, Big 4 experience (KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
