- Role Summary: As an AWIM Business Planner Project Manager, you will support the launch of new products and services, engage in cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, ensure launch operational processes run smoothly, and facilitate coordination for meetings and team enhancements.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide dedicated launch assistance by prioritizing launches, auditing and validating data, and verifying pricing.
- Support launch operational processes such as Control Tower card updates, Change Requests, and pre-production ICM creation and updates.
- Coordinate and support meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, leadership reviews, and team syncs.
- Enhance team initiatives and support new Business Planners by connecting them to critical resources and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain the Project & Review Tracker for tracking projects and coordinating reviews.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of project management experience
- PMI Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, experience with external vendors, and strong project management skills
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications
- Knowledge/background in the Industry and/or Healthcare space
- Ability to analyze project risks, develop risk management plans, and mitigate issues
- High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand complex concepts and situations
