3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: This opportunity is with a renowned technology company focused on planning and executing global paid media strategies, managing relationships with media and creative agencies, and driving strategic partnerships in the arts, sports, and entertainment industry.
- Role Summary: As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects. You will be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal Microsoft stakeholders, supporting the Global Media and Partnerships Chief of Staff, Corporate Vice President, and the broader Global Media and Partnerships Team.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Lead and contribute to cross-team projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving performance improvement.
- Serve as the central point of contact for business continuity planning and implementation.
- Coordinate and schedule executive engagements, stakeholder meetings, and partner engagements.
- Deliver quarterly All Hands meeting slides and maintain communication channels and online platforms.
- Develop content for internal communications and provide relevant information to the organization.
- Provide operations support for leadership meetings, reporting, and various meeting series.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - 8+ years of experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or related roles.
  - Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and executive leaders.
  - Autonomous and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for problem-solving.
  - Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities, influence teams, and execute initiatives.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure and rhythm of the business activities for Global Media and Partnerships.
  - Experience in internal and external communications, employee engagement, and human resources.
