Project Manager, People Strategy
We're seeking a strategic and globally minded Project Manager to join our People Strategy team. In this role you will partner with the People Operations Manager to drive strategic People Strategy initiatives and talent programs from conception to implementation.
About the Team
Our People Strategy team at Rapid7 is committed to empowering, enabling and supporting our employees as we collectively strive towards closing the security achievement gap. Collaborating closely with People Strategists, People Operations, and senior leaders, this role will design and deploy scalable, data-driven people programs that fuel Rapid7's growth and transformation.
The Role
This role requires exceptional execution, project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment . This is a unique opportunity to shape how our company scales by driving operational excellence in our people programs.
In this role, you will:
  • Program Support & Execution: Assist in the design and implementation of people strategy programs from start to finish-managing timelines, project tracking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Communication: Support communication development for people strategy programs and talent management initiatives to the broader employee population, including messaging and presentations to drive awareness, adoption, and execution of programs.
  • Reporting: Work alongside other team members to leverage reporting and analytics to identify program impact, insights, and emerging trends that will inform future program iteration.
  • Resources & Enablement: Assist with creating employee and manager resources to ensure our talent management programs meet the needs of employees, managers, and the business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of people strategy programs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross functionally with, People Strategy Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Development teams to ensure alignment and execution of shared goals.

The skills you'll bring include:
  • 2-4 years working experience working in a People Strategy Function, and/or knowledge of talent programs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You excel in building strong cross-functional relationships and value effective collaboration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including internal communications development
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using people metrics to drive decisions and program impact
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • You have an amazing attitude - personable, approachable and always eager to help
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with Lattice or other performance management systems is a plus!
