Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, supply chain, and finance) to ensure milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
Track progress against KPIs and prepare concise reports and executive updates for senior leadership.
Support vendor and consultant selection, contract negotiation, and performance management (RFP/RFQ).
Champion project management standards and continuous improvement practices across the PMO.
Facilitate effective communication and decision-making among global stakeholders.
Mentor junior project staff and promote best practices in project governance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field or 4–6 years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet's, MS project, or Jira.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global or matrixed organization
Strong understanding of systems, integrations, or accounting principles preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
What Success Looks Like
Projects consistently delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Teams report improved alignment and communication through your leadership
Governance standards and reporting accuracy continuously improve across your projects.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Typical office working conditions. Occasional travel may be required for project execution or global team collaboration.
