Job Description

This role is critical to Experian's Global Operation and Sales Excellence team, driving large-scale implementations and migrations that enhance seller and client experiences. The Sr. Project Manager will lead project management for complex, global projects. These projects are focused on CRM migrations and technical implementations across sales processes and customer experience functions, including quoting, contracting, billing, experience, etc. The team is high performing and helpful, the leadership team is great, and there is lots of “fun” work to be done in the next years.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, complex, technical, and programs.
  • Manage CRM migrations and related technical implementations (CRM, CPQ, CLM, or billing systems).
  • Partner with business and product owners across global teams to ensure agreement.
  • Guide change management and partner engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior leaders and partners.
  • Understand pre/post project experiences to improve future outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.

 

Qualifications

• PMP Certification and 5+ years of experience with project management methodologies.

• Proven experience delivering technical projects at scale, in a global environment.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience implementing Agile projects.

• Demonstrated change management experience or formal training.

• Ability to collaborate and balance time between technical teams and partners.

• Working knowledge of technology integrations; CRM/Salesforce experience.
