- Client Overview: Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector GTM Strategy team is looking for a technical project manager to manage the AI Hackathon in a Box Program.
- Role Summary: As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for managing the AI Hackathon in a Box Program, empowering local teams to run AI hackathons and ensure their success.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsible for overall management of project timeline, budget, and deliverables for each hackathon event
- Assist in the management of technical aspects such as environment setup, participant onboarding, and licensing
- Coordinate with local teams to plan and execute hackathon events, including logistics, marketing, and registration
- Create workback plans, project timeline, and budget
- Assist in the creation of hackathon agendas and branded repeatable assets
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during hackathon events, providing timely solutions
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve the AI Hackathon in a Box Program
- Track outcomes and impact of hackathon events, sharing best practices and lessons learned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud environment setup and management, including Azure, M365, and D365 subscriptions and tenants
- Prior experience with Microsoft or similar technology companies
