- Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope
- Manage project resources including hiring, motivating, coaching, and advising team members
- Define business requirements and work closely with cross-functional project teams
- Lead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Define test plans and ensure defect-free products through User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process and develop rollout plans
