Certifications: 
•    Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
•    International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM) certification (such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or equivalent)  OR 2 - 5 years experience in Software Asset Management, Process and Policy Creation, and Contract & Vendor management (Experience in lieu of IAITAM Certification).
Required Education: Highschool Diploma/GED
Required Experience: 8+ years of experience relevant to the management of information technology.

Position Description

Evanhoe is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the overall planning, execution, management, coordination, and successful delivery of all work performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Project Manager provides leadership, ensures contract compliance, manages project resources, mitigates risks, and oversees performance to ensure all contractual requirements are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

•    Provides overall leadership and management of all activities, ensuring full compliance with PWS requirements 
•    Serves as the primary interface with the COR, and Government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment with Government priorities.
•    Directs program planning and execution, including staffing, task intake and tracking, schedule coordination, risk and issue management, and delivery of all required program deliverables.
•    Oversees preparation and delivery of program reporting, including Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Topline Reports, technical documentation, and ad hoc Government-requested reports.
•    Establishes, maintains, and executes the Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), dashboard management approach, and associated SOPs, ensuring consistent and repeatable program execution.
•    Directs transition activities, including Transition-In and Transition-Out planning and execution, ensuring continuity of operations and minimal disruption to Government missions.
•    Maintains required professional certifications consistent with H.3.1 expectations, such as PMP or equivalent, and applies best practices in program governance, risk management, and performance oversight.
•    Provides leadership, mentorship, and oversight to program staff, ensuring accountability, performance excellence, and adherence to contractual and Government standards.

Required Qualifications

•    Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
•    International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM) certification (such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or equivalent)
Relevant experience to satisfy this position without an IAITAM certification would include 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the following core areas:
•    Software Asset Management
o    Maintaining inventory of software assets and purchase agreements
o    Tracking software licenses, installations, and usage across the organization 
o    Managing and configuring SAM tools/platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow)
•    Process & Policy creation
o    Preparing for and supporting internal/external software audits
o    Developing and implementing software asset management policies and procedures
o    Working with IT, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure effective software asset management and optimized it asset procurements
•    Contract & Vendor management
o    Reviewing and negotiating software contracts and licensing terms
o    Analyzing software usage to optimize license allocation and reduce costs
o    Recommending consolidation or removal of unused or redundant software 
o    Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements

Salary Range

$105K- $145K
