As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing millions of dollars of active construction work across multiple markets. Your role is vital to the success of our projects, and we are looking for an individual with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, coupled with a sense of urgency to thrive in our fast-paced start-up environment.


What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of multiple multi-million dollar construction projects, leveraging Ernest’s proprietary software to ensure financial and quality targets are maintained

  • Work closely with our construction leadership team to manage operations and quality across new job and geography expansions

  • Manage external client and customer relationships to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, and communicate regarding project milestones

  • Serve as a liaison between product development and the construction execution to provide feedback and support the implementation of new features


What You'll Need

  • 3+ years in operations or expansion focused roles in dynamic, fast paced companies

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a demonstrated sense of urgency

  • Manage cross-functional projects, manage external client relationships, and your own workload simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Full professional bilingual (Spanish, English) proficiency a plus
