The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering low- to moderate-complexity projects, and/or support Solution Delivery Managers (“SDMs”) on program, portfolio or high- complexity project delivery efforts. This Client-facing position requires strong communication skills, a capability to manage technical-project teams, and a results-driven attitude to ensure client success. 

Requirements
  • Manage low- to moderate- complexity project including project budgets, resources, and scope.
  • Create and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with assigned resources.  
  • Ensure EVOTEK project methodologies and processes are followed.  
  • Facilitate weekly Practice Resource Management meetings. 
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. 
  • Adjust schedules and targets for the project as needed, to meet project objectives and finances.
  • Drive quality, deliverables, and timeline to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Execute project communication plans (scheduling meetings, providing meeting minutes, status reports, issues, stakeholder reporting, etc.). 
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for projects to identify and meet needs, draft appropriate communications, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 
  • Coordinate creation of timely status reporting for Client-facing updates. 
  • Participate in best practices sharing sessions amongst the teams to improve delivery. 
  • Some financial accountability (i.e., manage project budgets). 
  • Analyze and adjust work efforts to address project financial budget variances. 
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables. 
  • Facilitate project change requests to ensure that all parties are informed on the impacts on schedule and/or budgets. 
  • Participate in post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications include but not limited to: 

  • Ability to coordinate project teams of various sizes in the day-to-day operations. 
  • Project management experience. 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
  • Excellent time-management skills. 
  • Ability to problem-solve. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and timelines in a dynamic environment. 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. 
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset. 
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Bachelors’ degree or related certification preferred.
