* Job Summary
* The Project Manager, CCSP Enablement role works with key stakeholders across Public sector segments to facilitate the development, adoption and implementation of core strategies and go-to-market plans to drive accelerated sales growth and increase competencies within the sales organization. This role will independently manage both CCSP-related and non-related projects, campaigns and workstreams working under the guidance of the Strategic Initiatives leadership team. Leads and facilitates interaction with Sales & Executive leadership, ITS, PPM, Marketing, L&D, Strategic Programs, CCSP stakeholders and other members of cross-functional teams. Leverages existing project management tools and templates as needed to meet project objectives. Manages schedules and resources to ensure key deliverables and overarching project outcomes. This role acts as an advocate ensuring success for all stakeholders by driving for results, making the tough calls, and building strong relationships with project stakeholders.
* What you will do:
* Manages Stakeholders: Creates and maintains presence with all CCSP stakeholders acting as a steward for program consistency. Meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations. Identifies success criteria and ensures goals are met by involving the stakeholders in key decisions.
* Problem Solving & Decision Making: Works with team members to gather information and develop relevant solutions & strategies, documents workstream objectives, goals & deliverables and communicates these to stakeholders.
* Facilitate strategic ideation & brainstorming discussions to develop actionable execution plans based on collected input and research from CCSP stakeholders and cross-functional support teams.
* Independently manages projects & workstreams using CDW's project management methodology.
* Accountable for project execution. Monitors, interprets, and communicates project objectives.
* Validates initial project scope and deliverables; Identifies and successfully mitigates project risks
* Establishes monitors, adjusts, and communicates tasks and associated schedule to the project team. Remediating when necessary.
* Aids in identifying necessary project resources, monitoring, and adjusting assignments as needed to meet project deadlines and key deliverables.
* Identifies, documents, tracks, and communicates project issues, aids in bringing to resolution.
* Documents outcomes, lessons learned and shares appropriately with program stakeholders.
* Leadership Acumen: Maintains accountability for CCSP execution results. Holds CCSP stakeholders / teams accountable.
* Leadership Acumen: Instills trust with leadership teams by building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Leadership Acumen: Leverages business acumen and political savvy as well as relevant personal and CDW experience to build credibility.
* Leadership Acumen: Demonstrates ability to diffuse uncomfortable situations with various internal stakeholders to maintain workstream goals and meet deadlines.
* Leadership Acumen: Leads teams to consistently meet project success factors and exceed leadership expectations.
* Leadership Acumen: Inspects delegated tasks to insure timely and accurate completion.
* Leadership Acumen: Stays abreast of CCSP best practices through research, cadence, gathered feedback and participation in quarterly reviews.
* Communication Skills: Determines appropriate documentation (communication plans, schedules/timelines, status reports, governance plan, performance summary, deliverables, risk documentation, etc.) for projects & workstreams. Manages the quality and delivery of documentation to stakeholders.
* Communication Skills: Communicates all aspects of projects to the appropriate stakeholders utilizing communication plan template(s).
* Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication. Leads and facilitates both live and virtual meetings. Keeps meetings on track, on topic and summarizes assigns and publishes follow-ups in a timely manner.

* Communication Skills: Can effectively build consensus across project team and stakeholders.

* What we expect of you:
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
* 3 years' experience in Project Management OR 3 years of CDW Sales or ITS experience
* Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs.
* This position may require the ability to travel average of 25%. Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Participate productively in virtual teams to improve Project Management processes
* Demonstrated ability take accountability for projects and their results, be fiscally responsible and lead teams to meet project success factors.
* Working knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project/Office
* Ability to leverage business acumen, political savvy, relevant personal and CDW experience, perseverance, and communication skills to build credibility.
* Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.
* Two or more years' experience in leading or managing significant projects with demonstrable impact to the organization.
* Active PMP, CAPM or PgMP certification
* Pay range: $ 74,000 - $ 122,400 depending on experience and skill set
* Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
