The Role
Fusion's Project Manager plays a key role within our Delivery Team as a member of the Fusion Customer Team Project Management Office (PMO). This role works directly with our clients and delivery team to ensure quality deployments of solutions built in the Fusion Framework®, built on the Force.com cloud platform.
This role, which interfaces with client executives, client project managers, developers, and consultants to focus on the following outcomes:

Fusion's Project Manager plays a key role within our Delivery Team as a member of the Fusion Customer Team Project Management Office (PMO). This role works directly with our clients and delivery team to ensure quality deployments of solutions built in the Fusion Framework®, built on the Force.com cloud platform.
This role, which interfaces with client executives, client project managers, developers, and consultants to focus on the following outcomes:
- Maintain team effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting client projects within the Fusion Professional Services, Customer Team organization.
- Successfully manage client projects by coordinating resources and timetables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage scope, timeline and budget for all project work.
- Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating project outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating staffing requirements.
- Document project decisions, risks, issues, and action items. Drive internal and external escalations as needed.
- Maintain and report on project budget.
- Work with third party consultants as part of client project engagement.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Participate in Fusion PMO team meetings and support process improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast pace working environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Innovative thinker, collaborative partner who is highly organized, with strong presentation and reporting skills is recommended
- Demonstrated knowledge of project delivery methodologies, rollout and delivery strategy, and project management tools.
- Experience with agile delivery practices.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Highspot, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance individual workflow
- Ability to be a self-starter, working independently and as part of a team, especially remotely.
- Planning and managing projects to maximize team productivity and efficiency
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time when permissible.
Qualifications (Education and Certifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Business, or IT delivery related fields.
- 5-8 years in a Project Manager role with 3-5 of those years in a client-facing software delivery-based PM role, preferably within professional services for a SaaS product company.
- Salesforce.com or Force.com experience preferred but not required
Milestones for the First Six Months

- Complete all HR-related onboarding requirements
- Participate in Fusion Framework Product and Industry trainings
- Start project work (assignment or shadow)
In three months, you will:
- Collaborate with resource manager on project staffing and needed skillsets on projects
- Demonstrate consistent use of Project Management tools and procedures
- Own project delivery of one or more clients
In six months, you will:
- Independently drive the successful completion of assigned work
- Provide suggestions for continuous improvement
