We are seeking a Project Manager to support our team at Ohno Construction. The Project Manager will be working from our Seattle, Washington.

What you’ll do:
Manage multiple public works construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Oversee earthwork, civil, and landscaping scopes, maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with public works and labor requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls for projects valued at $1M+.
Lead and coordinate superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive performance and productivity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, financials, and key decisions.
Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to all regulatory and site-specific requirements, including work near public school facilities.
What you need for success:
Minimum 5+ years of on-site construction experience and 5+ years of project management experience in public works construction.
Strong background in earthwork, civil construction, and landscaping projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects valued at $1M+ while maintaining cost control and schedule performance.
Advanced knowledge of unit costs, labor productivity, subcontractor management, and construction budgeting principles.
Experience working with public works requirements, multi-locality labor agreements, and apprenticeship standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage owners, subcontractors, crews, and leadership.
Ability to work at or near public school facilities and meet all related background and compliance requirements.
OSHA 10- or 30-Hour certification preferred.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
