About Your Day-to-Day
Edelman Project Managers apply project and financial management rigor to ensure seamless delivery across integrated teams. In this role, you will:
Partner with Senior Project Managers, Project Directors and account leads to define scopes, build estimates and develop detailed project plans
Author and maintain project documentation including schedules, briefs, budgets and resourcing plans
Track Statements of Work approvals in partnership with Finance, Contracts and Account teams
Monitor project burn, forecast monthly revenue, and proactively identify scope changes and risks
Manage timelines, hours and deliverables to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
Facilitate internal meetings, document next steps and drive accountability across workstreams
Partner with Resource Management to plan staffing and forecast future needs
Independently manage smaller projects and support larger, more complex engagements
Proactively identify and remove barriers to keep teams focused and productive
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand and scope commitments
About Your Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within an integrated marketing, PR or communications agency
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, scopes and timelines across multiple workstreams
Strong financial acumen and comfort working with forecasts and burn reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Comfortable balancing urgency with composure
Motivated to deepen expertise within the project management discipline
$60,000 - $85,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
