Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience in project management or operations coordination. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal operations and non-technical projects from initiation through delivery, managing assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision.
- Gather required data from end users to evaluate project objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables and success criteria.
- Focus on execution and managing the functional elements of each project, ensuring all targets and requirements are clearly understood and tracked.
- Ensure that all project targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with various internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Keep leadership informed of key issues, risks, and decisions that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
- Apply independent judgment in addressing routine project challenges, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Continuously refine project management processes and contribute to operational improvements across the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related function.
- Moderate proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present updates to leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to monitor project timelines and budgets, identify risks, and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders.
- Background in compliance, legal, or paralegal work
