Role Focus
The Project Manager, Multi-Site Customers role leads delivery of complex, multi‑site and enterprise customer projects, coordinating multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams. This role focuses on disciplined execution within established delivery frameworks, ensuring enterprise customers receive consistent, predictable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex, multi‑site customer projects with multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Execute within established project and program management frameworks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Validation.
- Drive progress through clear, positive, and transparent communication, while holding teams and stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments.
- Demonstrate strong internal and external communication, aligning customers, delivery teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Escalate risks, dependencies, and capacity concerns appropriately.
- Ensure delivery outcomes meet defined quality, compliance, and customer success standards.
- Contribute insights and feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.
Experience & Skills
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi‑site or enterprise customer projects.
- Strong process discipline and comfort operating within defined delivery models.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, custom development, or regulated (CSV) environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution rigor.
- Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Clear, professional communication with both internal teams and customers, supporting alignment and on‑time delivery.
