You will work cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, meeting requirements, and with satisfied customers. The Project Manager position will report to the VP of Customer Service and is a full-time position that is located onsite in Tacoma, Washington.

Key Qualifications:
- Responsible for contractual project scopes, deliverables, and schedules.
- Responsible for budget and revenue forecasts based on the scope of work, materials, and resource requirements.
- Responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provides regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Responsible for communicating effectively and clearly on deliverables and expectations to cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and leadership.
- Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Responsible for ensuring that project progress is on track and making necessary adjustments.
- Identifies and resolves issues or conflicts within project teams.
- Builds, develops, and grows business relationships vital to the success of the project and individuals involved.
- Helps develop, manage, and implement AST project management standards.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes, and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the success of projects, individuals, and company goals.
- Willing to travel 10% or more as required.
- 5+ years working experience in a project management capacity. Industrial machinery, regulatory, and pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. MBA degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
This is a full-time position based in Tacoma.
