Job Description
- Manage end-to-end project administration across active engagements, including Advisory Session staffing and resource schedule maintenance.
- Partner with Resource Managers to track open staffing needs, raise resource requests, and keep allocations aligned with project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and flag risks or gaps before they become delivery issues.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to administrative workflows, actively identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks, reduce friction, and improve data accuracy.
- Use and help improve operational tooling to support a scalable, efficient delivery model.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar operational support role.
- A self-starting work style with strong organizational instincts, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without close oversight.
- Comfort working across multiple projects and geographies simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines without losing the details.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms and an interest in applying them to operational workflows.
- Proficiency in PSA tools and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive communication style, you flag issues early and keep stakeholders informed.
- An analytical mindset with interest in building reports, dashboards, or operational tracking tools from scratch. Candidates with data and reporting experience will find plenty of room to create here.
- Background in professional services, consulting delivery, or customer success is a strong plus.
