Artemis has a public sector client looking for a Consultant for a 12 month engagement (with possibility to extend).  This role is remote with some travel to Washington DC and/or Denver required. 

The scope of this effort will include, but is not limited to, program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act. Tasks include:

  • Program and project management
  • Draft reports
  • Implementation plan for provision of care
  • Communications plan and implementation strategy
  • Evaluation of waivers of payment rates for Third Party Administrators
  • Evaluation of quality standards and recommendations
  • Evaluation and implementation of Pilot program to improve administration of care
  • Evaluation and implementation of Pilot program for dental care
  • Staffing model for IVC
  • Same-Day scheduling plan
  • Financial impact analysis

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years Consulting experience
    • Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience
