  • Prompt Playbook Development: Establish reusable templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for company-wide AI prompt usage.

  • Workflow Integration: Collaborate with product, content, marketing, and operations teams to embed prompts into existing tools and new AI-enabled workflows.

  • Use Case Discovery: Identify new opportunities for prompt-powered automation, summarization, and content generation across business functions.

  • AI Agent Prototyping: Help design logic for lightweight agents and micro-apps using prompt chains and LLM tools such as LangChain or function-calling APIs.

  • Impact Evaluation: Monitor AI performance through structured feedback loops and business metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Education/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs, and the ability to explain model behavior.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering principles (e.g., zero/few-shot learning, prompt chaining, retrieval-augmented generation).

  • Experience with OpenAI’s APIs, embeddings, or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to design safe, accurate, and bias-aware prompts.

  • Ability to document work clearly and build reusable assets for scale.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas across technical and non-technical audiences.
