We’re looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and people-focused Provider Success Manager to join our Provider Experience team. In this role, you will lead a team of 7-10 Provider Success Representatives, ensuring excellence in provider account management and driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our network. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing day-to-day operations, building cross-functional relationships, and scaling key programs that support our provider success team. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Manage and develop a High-Performing Team of 7-10 Provider Success Reps.
  • Maintain and evolve the Thriver Program, identifying ways to recognize and support top-performing providers.
  • Partner closely with teams across Credentialing, Product, Finance, Clinical Excellence, and other Provider Experience functions to drive operational efficiency and elevate the provider experience.
  • Refine and implement scalable 1:1 account management strategies to deliver value to providers across their lifecycles.
  • Identify, build, and implement cross-functional programs with the support of our Revenue Operations team.  
  • Track and monitor Provider NPS and lead cross-functional efforts to improve overall provider sentiment. 

The salary range for this position is $114,254. - $140,760 USD.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience.
  • You have 3+ years of previous management experience in a customer success role with direct reports.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot. 
  • Familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is a plus.
  • You're comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, using insights to make strategic decisions for your team.
  • You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and adapt easily as priorities shift.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who values camaraderie and shared success, and your colleagues see you as a reliable partner and a source of encouragement.
  • You’re passionate about transforming the mental healthcare landscape and you’re always connecting your work back to the importance of the Grow Therapy mission.
