As a Publisher Account Manager you’ll be the primary point of contact for some of our largest Enterprise publisher partners and responsible for their success with Taboola. You will thrive in this role if you love developing strong relationships with clients, helping them solve problems, and generating results. You'll be responsible for creating a clear path for new opportunities by translating business goals to incremental revenue and driving to execution.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role focused on revenue generation & upselling in digital media
  • Ability to provide world-class account management and service, and exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Experience effectively translating client goals into sales strategies and outcomes to achieve revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability represent Taboola to executive-level leaders at partner companies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for clients
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and execution of new ideas
Bonus points if you have:
  • Hands on experience working with publishers at an SSP, DSP, ad network, or related role within the ad tech industry
  • Sophisticated understanding of the publisher landscape and market trends
How you’ll make an impact:

As a Publisher Account Manager, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships with key publisher partners through routine touchpoints and understand their challenges to drive long-term value
  • Develop and pitch upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Taboola’s solutions to achieve revenue goals
  • Monitor and analyze daily account-level performance to ensure benchmarks are on track and make proactive recommendations
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of performance reports, market insights, and QBRs to further support client growth
  • Work closely with internal Taboola teams such as Product and Sales to encourage innovation and translate client feedback to guide platform development

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and more.

Base Salary Pay Range
$80,000$100,000 USD
Base Salary + OTE Pay Range
$100,000$130,000 USD
