While our expertise spans multiple disciplines, our method remains consistent: building trust and relationship with people -- whether you are a client, a consultant, or--in this case--a candidate.

No matter what role you come from--whether you're an executive or just starting your career-you can expect our highest level of attention and respect. We want to find the right fit for each role, but we also want you to find the right fit for your career.

We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it. We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on QA/QE Manager to lead our SAP Global Finance quality assurance initiatives. This role focuses on driving a robust QA and automation strategy across SAP Finance systems, with a strong emphasis on “Automate First” principles. You will manage a team of QA and QE professionals, ensuring high standards of software quality, security, and delivery excellence in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA/QE function across the SAP Finance landscape, defining and executing test strategies that support business and technical goals.

  • Oversee test automation planning and implementation, integrating automated testing into the development lifecycle.

  • Maintain and evolve governance models for quality, including secure access, compliance, and reporting standards.

  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

  • Partner with IT and business leaders to align on priorities, manage resources, and drive timely, high-quality delivery of testing milestones.

  • Govern vendor, contractor, and offshore testing efforts to ensure consistency and accountability.

  • Serve as a liaison between your team and executive leadership, promoting transparent communication and a strong team culture.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Your values:
    • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
    • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on QA/QE within SAP environments.

  • Deep understanding of QA best practices, software development lifecycles, and test automation frameworks.

  • Strong experience with SAP applications and financial systems (FICO).

  • Hands-on knowledge of test tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca) and automation methodologies.

  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage vendor/contractor relationships.

  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to plan, budget, and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Flexibility to support on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend work as needed.

WE'D BE THRILLED IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in accounting systems or financial application QA.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspace tools.

  • Exposure to governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, IS security policies).

 WHAT WE OFFER:

  • The annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000.

LOCATION:

This role requires on-site presence at our client's location in Issaquah, WA.

HOW TO APPLY:

Please fill out the form below (including uploading your most recent resume) and we'll be in touch! We know imposter syndrome can be a barrier to many great applicants. We hope you'll still consider applying. That's why we've made the application process as short and simple as possible.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
