Job Description:

QA Manager reporting to Account Manager.

The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Direct oversight of shift operations at assigned stations.

· Compile productivity, performance, and inspections to ensure service level agreements are being met.

· Reporting to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.

· Perform continuous field inspections of deployed personnel. (INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT)

· Keep the Quality Assurance Manager apprised of personnel performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.

· Personnel Performance (coaching, counseling, and disciplinary).

· Audit security officer end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports.
