Job Requirements:
  • API & Microservices Testing: Strong experience validating RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures including request/response validation, contract testing, schema validation (JSON/XML), versioning, and backward compatibility.
  • Data Integration Testing: Hands-on experience validating data ingestion pipelines, transformations, data synchronization, and end-to-end source-to-target data flows across integrated systems.
  • Event-Driven Architecture Validation: Experience testing asynchronous messaging and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, including event payload validation, topic monitoring, offset management, and data consistency checks.
  • Automation Framework Development: Experience building scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools for API and integration-level testing.
  • CI/CD Test Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI to enable continuous testing and quality gates.
  • Test Planning & Execution: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Performance & Load Testing: Execute performance, stress, and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter or Gatling to validate system throughput and reliability.
  • Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis: Track, triage, and analyze defects using Jira or Azure DevOps and collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolution.
  • Customer Profile Validation: Validate identity resolution, profile unification logic, and customer attribute accuracy across CDP platforms.
  • Data Ingestion Validation: Test batch and real-time ingestion from CRM, web, mobile, marketing, and third-party data sources into CDP pipelines.
  • Segmentation & Activation Testing: Validate audience segmentation rules, activation triggers, downstream integrations, and data delivery to marketing and personalization platforms.
  • Consent & Privacy Compliance: Test consent enforcement, PII masking, opt-in/opt-out logic, and GDPR/CCPA compliance workflows within CDP environments.
  • Cross-System Integration Validation: Validate data synchronization between CDP, data warehouses, CRM systems, and downstream activation platforms.
  • Tools & Technologies:
    • API Testing Tools: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI.
    • Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG.
    • Streaming & Messaging Platforms: Apache Kafka.
    • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI.
    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
    • Version Control: Git for source control of automation and test artifacts.
    • Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk for log analysis and system health monitoring.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Cloud Platform Experience: Experience testing distributed systems deployed on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Security Testing Awareness: Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and API security best practices.
    • Containerization & Environment Testing: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments for test environment validation.
    • Problem Solving & Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems and data-driven platforms.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams.
