About the job

Ensures that bottles are properly manufactured and packaged through employee training, regular visual inspections, testing, and ensuring that good Manufacturing Practices are followed.

Your experience and background

  • Five (5) years plus experience in a high production environment in the capacity of Quality or Manufacturing.
  • Support SQF and HACCP activities in their quest to implement processes improvements which put the facility in compliance with current regulation. Identify non-compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and work with manager to enforce requirements.
  • Assist the implementation of standard operating procedures, ensuring they are followed and quality bottles are produced effectively;
  • Ensure that Pack Operators and Material Handlers have a clear understanding of bottle quality. Perform QC checks on bottles and complete necessary documentation. Complete sanitation forms each shift.
  • One QC Inspector will be assigned to perform tests using the Avbis 3000.
