Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our SAP Field Service Management (FSM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, performance tracing, and end-to-end quality assurance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
· Conduct end-to-end, regression, and functional testing to ensure product quality.
· Implement performance tracing and monitoring to identify bottlenecks.
· Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
· Ensure quality standards by designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports.
· Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed documentation for resolution.
· Work with cross-functional teams to define and improve test strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
· Strong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript/Python-based automation frameworks.
· Experience in performance testing and tracing tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar).
· Familiarity with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
· Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Good to Have:
· Experience with SAP FSM or SAP ecosystem.
· Knowledge of cloud-based testing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Exposure to security testing practices.
