Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Global Services Quality team to support Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, plan and lead internal Quality Management System audits for process compliance and adherence to the AS9100 Quality standard.
  • Schedule, plan and lead process surveillances for procedural compliance.
  • Analyzes Quality incidences, internal / external audit findings, and customer issues to determine product risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ability to apply Systems Thinking and make recommendations for Quality Management System improvements and efficiencies.
  • Represents the Company on industry working groups to develop industry standards for quality.
  • Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and data to continuously improve Quality processes.
  • Lead a variety of improvement projects while applying knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems, and AS9100 International Quality Standard.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience conducting Quality Management System audits
  • 5+ years experience working Quality Management System improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Internal Audit Certification.
  • Experience working with other Quality Standards such as AS9110 and AS9120.
  • Experience working with Regulatory Agencies such as the FAA, EASA, or other nationally recognized regulatory agency.

Philadelphia, PA - $125,800 - $170,200/Annually
San Antonio, TX - $117,300 - $158,700/Annually
Hazelwood, MO - $117,300 - $158,700/Annually
Jacksonville, FL - $117,300 - $158,700/Annually
Mesa, AZ - $117,300 - $158,700/Annually
