About the Role:

Quote-to-Order Systems Manager at Dragos will serve as a core member of the GTM Business team, owning the Salesforce CPQ platform and driving end-to-end Quote-to-Order (Q2O) process excellence. This role goes beyond standard administration — it requires designing scalable process automation, reducing manual friction across the revenue cycle, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the quoting and order workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Dragos Salesforce CPQ instance including product bundles, price rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote templates.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Q2O processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues that occur with existing Salesforce or CPQ functionality.
  • Partner with CPQ stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements — translating business needs into scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Design and enforce best practices for the end-to-end Q2O process, including pricing rules, approval workflows, validations, and order generation.
  • Evaluate and modernize legacy automation within the Salesforce and CPQ instance, with an eye toward Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities.
  • Design and implement process automation using Salesforce Flow to eliminate manual steps, reduce errors, and accelerate the quote-to-order cycle.
  • Identify and leverage AI/Flow capabilities — including Flow Orchestration, Agentforce, Einstein AI, or integrated platforms — to enhance quoting accuracy, workflow automation, and data quality.
  • Perform data hygiene, backup, and regular system updates as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership of CPQ configuration and Q2O/Quote-to-Cash process design.
  • Salesforce Admin and CPQ Specialist certifications required; Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification a plus.
  • Strong business analysis skills with experience gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow required; ability to design complex, multi-step automation flows across the Q2O lifecycle (Process Builder experience a plus.)
  • Experience with APEX coding a plus.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ including product bundles, price rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote templates.
  • Experience with other integrated GTM tools such as Ironclad is desired.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for CRM and revenue workflow automation (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or third-party AI platforms) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding time management, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong business partnership mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into working solutions.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $145,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
