- Handle staff hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor patient workflow and resolve any issues
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and resources
- Ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly
- Work with other departments to improve processes
- 5+ years of experience in imaging (Radiologic Tech, Sonographer, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine)
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/lead role
- Strong experience in Nuclear Medicine
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant certification (Radiologic Technologist, Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine)
- Active Washington state certification (required)
