We are looking for a positive and professional front desk Receptionist to be the face of our Spokane Valley, WA office working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Your main role will be to welcome visitors and clients, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver incoming mail, as well as light clerical work. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. 

Our Receptionists have opportunities for growth within the firm. If interested and able to demonstrate qualified skills and aptitude, along with a desire, you may be considered for other available positions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the correct person or department
  • Receiving, opening, and distributing incoming mail
  • Light clerical work

Pay rate between $17 - $19 per hour

Qualifications
  • Exhibit proper phone etiquette
  • Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Experience with answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Show basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English is required, Spanish speaking is a plus
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
