This opportunity entails being able to perform combined duties of greeting and directing guests entering and leaving facilities, as well as handling switchboard operator duties for all incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling conference rooms, checking out resources, event and meeting planning including catering, coordination of building service tickets.
This position is in-office Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operates a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing local and long distance calls.
  • Receives incoming phone calls, secures necessary information and transfers to appropriate party.
  • Takes and relays messages as necessary. Provides information to callers as appropriate.
  • Performs incidental typing and/or routine clerical work as assigned. May schedule the use of conference rooms and other firm resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

What We Prefer:

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Teamwork
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability and good attendance is very important

The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $18.12 - $27.18. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
