Compensation: $18.00 BOE
General Purpose:
Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests that inquire at the front desk. Assist in Accounting duties, Membership Relations, and carry out administrative duties for the Administrative Team as well as general office manager duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Accountant, and Membership Director with daily administrative need including scheduling, filing, project reports, etc.
- Day-to-day general office responsibilities.
- Maintain the organization, flow and completion of membership documentation.
- Assist members with questions regarding membership.
- Set up new member accounts.
- Post member payments.
- Run and send monthly member billing.
- Handle any statement discrepancies from members.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
- Marketing/digital design experience is a plus.
Schedule:
- 10am-6pm, Friday & Saturday
