About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Recipient Support Specialist to advocate for recipients, the people receiving rewards through Tremendous. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of our recipient support queue, responding to tickets primarily via email (and occasionally via phone) to help recipients redeem, access, or troubleshoot their rewards.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re empathetic, clear in your communication, and comfortable working through a high-volume queue with consistency and care. You don’t need to be a product expert on day one, but you should be excited to learn and to deliver a great experience to every recipient.
What You'll Do
Be the point of contact for recipient questions through email and (rarely) phone
Become a product expert and function as a first-level problem solver
Use internal tools, macros, and help articles to resolve issues efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary
Understand and gather recipient feedback trends to help our product team prioritize future projects
Collaborate with your team to ensure we meet our SLAs and improve the efficiency of our processes
Be friendly, compassionate, and solution-oriented with both recipients and the Tremendous team
You'll Need
A bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, particularly the ability to write clearly and concisely
Composure, patience, and empathy for interacting with users
The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized
A proactive, get-things-done attitude
The ability to learn and adapt quickly
A sense of humor
A curiosity for the Tremendous platform/product
