Position Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for KPA’s teams, identifying and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position is slated as a temporary contract position with an estimated end date of December 31st, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Work with hiring managers to refine job requirements to effectively market KPA and their position to top tier talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Use a variety of interviewing methods to screen for candidate performance and skills in their previous roles.
- Manage the candidate experience by communicating regularly with respect.
- Aid in the retention of engaged employees through the onboarding of employees and through activities meant to celebrate team members and business success.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment across a wide variety of roles, including technical (software engineering) and business (sales, marketing, etc.) functions. Strong preference for candidates with experience recruiting for a software (SaaS) company.
- Proficient with a variety of recruitment tools, including ATS (Lever or similar preferred), and online assessment tools like Predictive Index.
- Well-versed in recruitment best practices that allow you to identify top talent while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Keep on target with key recruitment metrics such as time to fill
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating KPA’s core values and culture to candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout
- the recruitment process.
Success Criteria:
- Able to learn new positions and effectively identify candidates that align with the position requirements
- Effective communication skills with a variety of personalities, across various levels of seniority (including our C-suite)
- Proactive and successfully able to work autonomously
- Adaptable, able to keep organized and prioritize multiple open positions
- Able to quickly build rapport and ensure recruitment operations runs smoothly for all assigned positions
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $28-35 commensurate with experience.
