The Role

We're hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to support hiring across the company. You'll own your requisitions from intake through close: partnering with hiring managers to define the search, sourcing and assessing candidates, running the interview process, and negotiating and closing offers. You'll manage your own pipeline and workload across a variety of functions, and advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate fit, and compensation.

You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

Areas You’ll Support

You'll recruit across the company's core functions:

  •       Sales: sales development, account executives, and account managers.
  •       IT: IT support, systems and infrastructure, and other technical roles
  •       Marketing: demand generation, content, product and brand marketing, and marketing operations.
  •       Admin: office administration, coordination, and other business support roles.
  •       Operations: customer care, supply chain, logistics, and other operational and support roles.
What You’ll Do
  •       Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned reqs across sales, IT, marketing, admin, and operations: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
  •       Partner with hiring managers at intake to set role requirements, timelines, and realistic expectations on market and compensation.
  •       Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, and keep pipelines active in our ATS.
  •       Keep candidates informed and give them a strong experience at every stage.
  •       Keep ATS records accurate and report on pipeline status, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
  •       All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS.

What You'll Bring

  •       2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, corporate or agency.
  •       Experience recruiting in more than one function. Experience across sales, technical, and business or operations roles is a strong plus.
  •       Solid sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience
  •       Clear communication with candidates and hiring managers, including pushing back respectfully when needed.
  •       Good judgment on when to escalate a search.
  •       Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  •       Organized and reliable across a mixed load of reqs at different stages.
Nice to Have
  •       Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles.
  •       Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain companies.
  •       Familiarity with structured interviewing and scorecards.
  •       Experience supporting high-volume hiring.

Please note that this is not a Sr. Recruiter level role.  Ideal candidates will bring between 2-5 years of experience to the position.

Work Environment

Remote position; standard computer-based work with extended periods of sitting. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role. Travel expectations for this role are 0–10%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid volunteer days
  • And more

Salary Range

$85,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on experience

We’re actively seeking teammates who:

  • Bring diverse perspectives and experience to our culture and company.
  • Excel at being part of a strong, empathetic team.
  • Thrive in an environment emphasizing respect, honesty, collaboration, and growth.
  • Have an ‘always learning’ mindset that celebrates learning, not just wins.
  • Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammates

We encourage applications from members of underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, people with disabilities, and veterans.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
