SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials, SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discovery or IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter in Redmond, WA or Princeton, NJ to support our company growth.

- Lead the end to end recruitment for all critical roles at SystImmune, including but not limited to roles in research, clinical, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans.
- Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
- Oversee pre-employment verification processes.
- Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
- Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
