Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company. In this role, you will own interview coordination and candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure seamless, high-quality hiring processes. You will also contribute to recruiting operations initiatives that improve efficiency and scale our recruiting practices.
What You'll DoSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up-to-date.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.
Maintain accurate interview plans and candidate data in Ashby ATS.
Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve processes and drive recruiting efficiency.
Support projects aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and strengthening our inclusive hiring practices.
1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a high-growth, diverse organization.
Experience using an ATS.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly with available support.
Experience improving recruiting operations.
Passion for continuous learning and growth in recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
