ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the day-to-day hiring process and help keep recruiting activities organized. You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain applicant information, and work with hiring managers to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Coordinate interviews and recruiting-related meetings

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records

  • Post and update job openings as needed

  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling and follow-ups

  • Prepare recruiting documents and hiring materials

  • Track candidate progress and outstanding recruitment tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, administration, customer service, or a similar role

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable managing schedules, candidate information, and multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and workspace

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Experience scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

  • Background in high-volume or multi-location recruiting

COMPENSATION

$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
