We’re searching for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You’ll be at the center of our hiring process—coordinating interviews, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and acting as the first point of contact for candidates. If you’re highly organized, people-oriented, and excited about startups, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in Talent Acquisition. This role is onsite 5 days/week from our downtown Seattle office. 

What You’ll Do
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth and professional process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide proactive updates and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Attend intake/kickoff meetings for new roles and advise on scheduling strategies.
  • Track and report on scheduling metrics, sharing insights with the People team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting operations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects that support the People & Recruiting team such as career fair management and planning. 
Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting/talent coordination experience in a startup or enterprise setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with O365 and the ability to quickly learn our applicant tracking systems (Gem).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to represent Supio’s brand to candidates and stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Interest in AI or legal tech.

Compensation 

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $80,000-105,000 annually plus company equity. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
