Ibotta is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this position, you will be crucial to supporting the full recruitment process, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way. You will support the Technical and Business Recruiting teams in scheduling phone, virtual, and in-person interviews as well as contribute to a broad range of ongoing and ad hoc initiatives, such as our summer internship program, career fairs, recruiting events, and more. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and schedule a high volume of diverse, intricate virtual and in-person interviews across the business

  • Work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to resolve calendar conflicts and troubleshoot any complications

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand their most immediate interview needs and prioritize workload accordingly

  • Manage candidate travel and expenses

  • Lead all needs for on-site interviews including reserving meeting space, providing parking instructions, greeting candidates, conducting tours, etc

  • Send candidate NDAs and manage internal NDA documentation

  • Manage and track interviewer trainings

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Ibotta and Ibotta Recruiting through candidate interactions, event participation, as well as internal and external communications

  • Maintain all internal processes, templates, and documentation 

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as summer internships, career fairs, and our employee referral program

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2  years of coordination/administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced high growth environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Thorough attention to detail

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

  • Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing needs and priorities

  • Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information

  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals. 

  • Base compensation range: $51,000 - $58,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
