The Recruiting Operations Manager will enhance recruitment workflows, oversee the ATS, provide training, ensure compliance, and manage a team of Recruiting Assistants.

As our Recruiting Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and refining our recruitment workflows. Your focus will be on ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This role balances process improvement, technology, compliance, and people development in a collaborative environment.
Primary Duties:
- Process Management: Lead the charge to enhance recruiting processes, ensuring they are clear, effective, and considerate of everyone involved, from sourcing to onboarding.
- System & Data Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data is accurate. You’ll build dashboards to help us understand key hiring metrics and make informed decisions.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals.
- Compliance and reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Program Innovator: Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with recruiting and business leaders.
- Technology & Innovation: Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve both the candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- People Leader: Mentor and develop a small but mighty team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a love of operational excellence. Experience with Lever is a big plus.
- Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
