Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This is a part-time, contract-based role perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of tech hiring and enjoys building a welcoming experience for new hires from day one.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, and other channels

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

  • Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate status reports to the team

  • Coordinate and attend recruitment-related meetings

Hiring & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in preparing and sending job offers

  • Support onboarding activities, including coordination of requirements and documentation

  • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers

  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Support other HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment, preferably IT recruitment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

  • Ability to conduct professional initial interviews and candidate assessments

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible setup

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

Contract Details
  • Structure: This is an Independent Contractor arrangement.

  • Schedule: Part-time hours (to be agreed upon), with flexibility based on recruitment volume.
