Recruitment Specialist (Systems & Global Sourcing)

Work Schedule:

  • Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST

  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

  • Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Recruitment Specialist to support our global talent acquisition operations. You'll execute sourcing strategies, maintain high-functioning recruitment workflows, and help scale our hiring footprint across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM.


Core Responsibilities

Global Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets—India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and Latin America—while managing high-volume pipelines to meet client needs

  • Conduct initial screenings and quality checks to ensure candidates meet departmental standards

Systems & Workflow Management

  • Utilize and maintain Zoho Recruit for all global recruitment workflows

  • Ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed and aligned with established standards

Data Integrity & Documentation

  • Use Google Workspace to update and maintain functional recruitment dashboards

  • Track critical metrics such as screening-to-applicant ratios, turnaround time (TAT), and KPI/SLA adherence

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and administrative credentials across all recruitment platforms


Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency environment

  • Proven experience hiring across global markets—India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM

  • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS

  • Strong Google Workspace skills for data management and reporting

  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in a remote, global environment

Good to Haves

  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines across multiple regions simultaneously

  • Familiarity with KPI and SLA-driven recruitment environments
