Position Overview

The Regional Director, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing is responsible for building, scaling, and managing the company’s affiliate, creator, influencer, and strategic partnership ecosystem within an assigned region.

This role combines growth strategy, partnership development, influencer acquisition, creator relationship management, and revenue generation. The Regional Director will develop regional market strategies, recruit high-performing affiliates and creators, establish partnerships, and drive measurable business results through influencer-led growth channels.

The ideal candidate understands digital communities, creator economies, affiliate marketing models, social media trends, and performance-driven partnerships. They are both a strategic leader and an execution-focused operator capable of building a regional growth engine from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Affiliate & Influencer Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute regional affiliate and influencer marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build regional market plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through creator partnerships.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, communities, and opportunities within the creator economy.
  • Establish scalable systems for creator acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Define regional growth targets, budgets, and performance goals.

2. Creator & Affiliate Recruitment
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of influencers, creators, ambassadors, affiliates, and community partners.
  • Lead creator sourcing strategies across platforms including social media, content communities, niche groups, and industry networks.
  • Recruit creators who align with the brand’s audience, values, and commercial objectives.
  • Develop relationships with high-potential creators and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Build long-term partnerships with top-performing creators.

3. Partnership Development & Relationship Management
  • Own relationships with key influencers, affiliate partners, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Create partnership programs that increase creator engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Develop incentive structures, commission models, and partnership benefits.
  • Manage creator communications, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
  • Build regional creator communities and ambassador networks.

4. Revenue & Performance Management
  • Own affiliate and influencer channel revenue targets within the region.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including:
    • Revenue generated
    • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
    • Conversion rates
    • Affiliate activation rate
    • Creator engagement
    • Campaign ROI
    • Lifetime value of acquired customers
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Develop strategies to increase creator productivity and commercial outcomes.

5. Team Leadership & Regional Operations
  • Build and manage regional affiliate/influencer teams as the business scales.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor affiliate managers, creator managers, and partnership specialists.
  • Establish operating processes, reporting structures, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

6. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Design influencer campaigns, ambassador programs, and affiliate initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop creator briefs, campaign guidelines, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure creators have the resources, messaging, and tools needed for success.
  • Monitor campaign execution and optimize performance.




Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven experience building influencer or affiliate programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital communities.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and scaling creator or partner networks.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue-focused programs.
  • Ability to negotiate partnerships and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading regional or international influencer programs.
  • Existing network of creators, affiliates, agencies, or community partners.
  • Experience in startup, technology, e-commerce, consumer brands, gaming, entertainment, fin tech, or digital platforms.
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple markets.
  • Understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and creator monetization tools
