Cato Networks is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Regional Marketing Specialist to support the execution of field and channel marketing programs across the Americas region. Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers, Sales, Channel teams, and Corporate Marketing, this role will help deliver impactful marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning and execution of regional demand generation programs aligned with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities with key partners, including resellers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, and Corporate Marketing teams to support pipeline generation and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including venue coordination, registrations, vendors, shipping, promotional materials, and onsite support.
  • Manage marketing vendors, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment tracking while ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Regional Marketing Managers, improving team efficiency, scalability, and execution across the region.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, improve operational workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness of regional marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, marketing operations, or event marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating marketing events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $100,000 - $140,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
