Join our dynamic team as a regional mobile manager for Alberta and B.C! As a mobile regional manager your passion for creating amazing customer and employee experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales success will positively impact our customers, employees, and communities.

In this role, the successful candidate requires mobility within Alberta and British Columbia, and ideally is based in Calgary, AB.

What you’ll do as a regional mobile leader: 

  • Lead and manage operations of 10-12 mobile retail stores in Alberta and B.C. to maximize revenues, profits, employee engagement and customer loyalty, while also supporting our leaders with Mobile within our 40 big box stores

  • Coach store leaders on company programs, customer service, operational processes, staffing models, values, and strategy

  • Lead and provide direction on company-wide initiatives and programs

  • Analyze store P&L performance and work with leadership teams to resolve issues and leverage opportunities

  • Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their business

  • Champion a positive work environment through leadership and proactive team development

 What we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years of regional retail leadership experience

  • 3+ years of mobile sales experience with demonstrated success across multiple locations or markets

  • 3+ years of mobile carrier experience with a high level of mobile business acumen 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals through leading teams across multiple locations or within a regional structure

  • Ability to create an inclusive, collaborative, fun and safe work environment 

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

  • Ideally based in the Calgary market
