How You'll Make an Impact:
Driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customer.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing all revenue and sales operations for the assigned team. Also, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at strategic level.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for building and developing a team of quota carrying sales professionals.
  • Own and drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region, territories, and/or district, exceeding personal and team sales quotas and goals 
  • Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle - lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner network
  • Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategies. 
  • Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls 

The Experience You Bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of sales management / Leadership experience
  • Enterprise sales experience required
  • Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals
  • Able to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs
  • Hired, developed and retained successful sales talent 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology that you can translate and coach others in 
  • Built strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams
  • High level of solutions and technical knowledge
  •  Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
  • Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $380K - $420K (inclusive of commission).
