​​​​​​ Role Overview

The Regional Sales Lead (Americas) will own the end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth for Tokens, AI Infrastructure, TokenOps, AI Platforms, and Strategic AI Portfolio Solutions across North America.

The role requires a highly entrepreneurial sales leader capable of building C-level relationships, driving large enterprise AI transformations, originating strategic partnerships, and scaling multimillion-dollar AI programs across Fortune 500 customers. This leader will collaborate closely with the Global GTM, Delivery, Investment, and Partnership teams to position as the preferred AI transformation partner for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own regional revenue, ARR, pipeline, and sales targets across the Americas.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for Tokens, AI Infrastructure, Agentic AI, and Enterprise AI offerings.
  • Build a strong pipeline through strategic account planning and executive engagement.
  • Lead complex AI transformation deals from opportunity identification through contract closure.
  • Drive land-and-expand motions across strategic enterprise accounts.

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, CMOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, and Business Leaders.
  • Lead executive-level AI strategy discussions and solution positioning.
  • Create account growth strategies for Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across AI portfolio.

AI Portfolio & Investment Ecosystem

  • Position AI startups from investment portfolio within enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Investments & Strategic Partnerships team to identify co-selling opportunities.
  • Bring innovative AI startups into customer transformation journeys.
  • Translate emerging AI technologies into commercial enterprise solutions.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with hyperscalers including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, and strategic ISVs.
  • Execute joint GTM initiatives with ecosystem partners.
  • Create regional partnership-led pipeline generation programs.
  • GTM Collaboration to accelerate enterprise AI adoption

Required Experience

  • 5–10 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years selling AI, Data, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Software solutions.
  • Proven experience managing large Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling AI platforms, GenAI, LLMs, AI Infrastructure, Cloud AI, MLOps, AI Governance, or Agentic AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption, cloud ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience working with global technology alliances and hyperscalers.
  • Experience in consultative enterprise sales and solution selling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like innovation environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline from IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs, or other premier engineering institutes.

Preferred

MBA from top-tier global business schools. MBA from US B Schools Preferred.
Additional certifications in AI, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation are advantageous.
